Governing Law

These Terms of Use and your relationship with 6 21 shall be governed by U.S. federal law as well as the internal laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to applicable conflicts of law principles. Any disputes relating to these Terms of Use or related services/matters shall first be discussed and heard between the parties in an attempt at amicable resolution. If the parties are still unable to resolve this dispute, the matter shall be heard by a judge of competent jurisdiction in a trial without a jury at a court located in Franklin County, Ohio.

Any failure by 6 21 to exercise any of its rights hereunder will not constitute a waiver of such right.
