1    HEALTH CHECKS

As part of our Health Check services, we will conduct a combination of the following assessments to produce a comprehensive Health Check Report. This report will identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in your project management leadership and systems. The report will include, but is not limited to, the results of the following evaluations:

  • Intelligent Project Prediction Workshop - A half-day workshop to assess strengths and weaknesses, team structure, continuous improvement, and company data maturity. The outcome will be an understanding of how team members share information, current information delivery methodology, team structures, project systems & data, and technical architecture.
  • Project Management Workshop - A half-day human-centered project management workshop to uncover the cognitive conditions contributing to performance issues and behavioral questions aimed at revealing needed cognitive strategies and address the possibility a BIM-enabled approach to project management.
  • Balance Scorecard Presentation - A 60-minute Balance Scorecard Presentation will define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify project management integration relationships with Policies, Key Result Areas and ISO Standards.
  • Key Stakeholders Interview - After holding all the above and reviewing all existing project management system processes, a 90-minute Key Stakeholders Interview will be conducted with all key stakeholders to hear the consensus of needed improvements to assist in forming our final recommendations.
2   AI PREDICTIONS

We identify the likely project outcome, why, and what can be done about it. Following the AI Readiness section of the Health Check Report, we will provide these services:

Discovery - In an approximate 3-month duration, this phase will:

  • Benchmark existing project data quality and align preparation actions to leverage AI technologies to create accurate project prediction.
  • Through Descriptive Analytics, determine patterns within the existing project data to establish KPI's known as an Exploratory Data Analysis report.
  • Identify and create priority process changes that can fast-track the project vision.
  • Determine the technology infrastructure and solution design required to onboard the greyfly-IPP
  • Propose change plans to adopt to greyfly-IPP and determine the deployment plan and budget

Clearance – We will support you in completing these activities ahead of the Deploy phase:

  • Technical and GDPR Clearances - Approvals by internal teams to adopt the greyfly-IPP platform.
  • Business Case Support - Any financial and corporate governance authority to proceed.
  • Procurement Route - Commercial and payment routes established.
  • Contacting - Commercial and payment terms accepted and approved.

Deploy - The cost and timings vary depending on the specific greyfly-IPP products selected, however, it will follow the same deliverable approach below in an approximate 7-month duration.

  • Infrastructure Build - Build the back-in technical infrastructure required to ingest and load data.
  • Configure – Front-end dashboard configuration using Microsoft's Business Intelligent Platform
  • Analytics - Machine learning algorithm selection and training.
  • Adoption - User identification and workflow integration supported by relevant communications and training
  • Review - Lessons captured and next steps agreed.


Support - Annual contract for system maintenance and data ingest and updated predictions aligned to customer's needs and progress reporting.

Do you do design work?

We leave the project design delivery to the design consultant. 

Do you provide project management assistance?

Typically, we do not but it would be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How do you handle project confidentiality?

We take confidentiality very seriously and ensure that all client information is protected and sign non-disclosure agreements. Whether ours or yours, confidential information is not to be disclosed to any person without the prior written consent of the other party, except to a party’s legal and financial advisors or as required by any law, rule, regulation, judicial process, or tax authority, or to obtain any regulatory approval.

How will my internal data be protected during your services? 

We follow strict data protection protocols according to the GDPR, and the US Privacy Act of 1974 to safeguard your project information.

How do you charge for your services?

Our services are charged as a lumpsum for the Health Check after the initial scope conversation and the remaining services are lumpsum based on the scope mutually agreed from the Health Check Report recommendations.

How do you choose your clients?

Our ideal clients are global architecture and engineering firm executives on a growth or performance trajectory or those engaged in merger and acquisition discussions. We look for long-term relationships with clients who are willing to listen to our advice, make changes, want to advance with project management technologies and are willing to pay on time.

What is the typical process for engaging your services?
